Roncola 2021 is a concept born in 2021, an idea of a holiday home with a tailor-made spa. Open since August 2024 and wellness area coming soon.

It is a newly built structure that brings together several architectural styles, whit a right mix between the wood of our valleys and the stone of our villages in a just harmony. The property has a large outdoor area where you can relax and admire the Imagna Valley, while on the back it is surrounded by a beautiful beech forest, which creates an ideal setting for an unforgettable stay.

Roncola 2021 is surrounded by the green of nature, but at the same time close to all the amenities present in the country. The property is located near to main trails that allows you to reach the high slopes, the sunny pastures and the silent woods of Mount Linzone in the Albenza Massif, the first 1400 meters cliff that dominates the entire Po Valley and allows to admire from mountains of the Venetian Alps up to the Piacentini Apennines, to finally arrive at Monte Rosa.

Roncola 2021 is located about 500 meters from the center. It is a holiday home where it is possible book rooms with private bathroom, take advantage of the Bed & Breakfast formula, short-term rent of an entire apartment with "private" formula that include a small but complete wellness center.

In a B&B wellness centre, a vertical Kneipp path, composed of a sequence of hot and cold jets, is an accessory treatment, but it is an important part of making the wellness experience beneficial yet fun and playful at the same time. The design of a spa always incorporates a shower, so offering a vertical Kneipp path is a way to rework this idea and to offer customers something extra and with excellent benefits physical and psychological.
